Tips to beat every temple
1. Split the roles before you move
Decide who scouts ahead and who works the levers. Most level failures happen when both players improvise at the same time.
2. Diamonds are a team score
Fireboy can only collect red diamonds, Watergirl blue ones. If a diamond looks unreachable, it almost always means the other player needs to open a path first.
3. Use the elevator trick
On balance platforms, the heavier side sinks. Park one character on a platform edge and inch the other across — rushing tips the platform and drops you into goo.
4. Light beams and mirrors (Light Temple)
Rotate mirrors so the beam hits the receiver before stepping on exit plates — beams stay locked once both characters reach the doors.
5. Ice physics (Ice Temple)
Watergirl slides further on ice than Fireboy. Send Fireboy across narrow icy ledges first; his shorter slide makes precise stops easier.
